Pork & Vegetable Hot Pot
|Pork belly||1 Pound (Use Fresh)|
|Chopped sage||1 Teaspoon|
|Stock||1 1⁄2 Pint|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut the meat into cubes.
Roll them in seasoned flour and fry lightly for a few minutes.
Put a layer of sliced vegetables, including potato, into a casserole.
Add the partly cooked pork.
Sprinkle with the sage, add the rest of the sliced vegetables, and cover with stock.
Cook in a slow oven for at least 2 1/2 hours.
