Apple & Walnuts Stuffed Pork Chops

|Cooking apples||1 Large, peeled, cored and chopped|
|Granulated sugar||10 Milliliter|
|Fresh white breadcrumbs||50 Gram|
|Walnuts||15 Gram, chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, finely chopped|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Butter||25 Gram, melted|
Cut a slit in the skin and fat of each chop, taking the knife through the flesh right to the bone, forming a pocket.
Mix together in a bowl the remaining ingredients using sufficient beaten egg to form a stiff paste.
Fill each pocket with the stuffing mixture.
Lightly grease the cooking pot and arrange the stuffed chops over the base.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for the recommended time.
