Sweet And Sour Pork Using Teriyaki Sauce

Sweet And Sour Pork is a delicious side dish which I always love to have. I bet, once you have this Sweet And Sour Pork, you will always crave for some more.
  Center cut pork chops 6 , cut into bite-size pieces
  Teriyaki sauce 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Canned pineapple chunks in own juice 8 Ounce, undrained
  Sweet and sour sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon (Firmly Packed)
  Green peppers 2 Medium, cut into cubes
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon

Place pork and Teriyaki sauce in a deep, 2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole dish and marinate overnight.
Remove meat from Teriyaki sauce, reserving any remaining sauce.
Brown meat in a skillet on a conventional surface unit.
Add pineapple, sweet and sour sauce, brown sugar and green pepper to reserved Teriyaki sauce.
Add browned meat to Teriyaki sauce mixture and heat, covered, on simmer for 25 minutes, or until meat is tender.
Stir occasionally.
If desired, the sauce may be thickened by making a paste of the cornstarch plus some of the liquid.
Return the paste to the casserole and heat, uncovered, on full power for 2 to 3 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.
