Sweet Sour Pork
|Pork fillet||1 Pound|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|White wine||1 Tablespoon|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Used For Deep Frying)|
Flatten the pork until it is very thin by beating it.
Cut into 1 in. squares, and lightly fry in melted oil.
Mix together all the other ingredients, and add the drained squares of pork.
Reheat the oil, and drop the batter covered pork into this and fry until crisp.
