Pork Chops With Apple And Cinnamon

Ingredients
  Pork chops 4
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Cooking apples 2
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown the chops on each side in a little melted butter.
Peel and slice the apples.
Put a layer in the bottom of a casserole, sprinkle well with cinnamon and seasoning.
Put the chops on top, and cover with another layer of apple, seasoning and cinnamon.
Finally, dot with butter, cover and cook in a slow oven for an hour.
No moisture is needed.
The melted butter, the apples and the steam, cook the chops very tenderly.
