Bread Stuffed Pork Chops
|Double pork chops||2 Pound, with pockets cut (4 pieces)|
|Bread stuffing||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Fill pockets of pork chops with your favorite bread stuffing and secure with wooden picks.
Brown pork chops in a skillet on top of a conventional surface unit.
Place chops in a shallow, 3 quart, heat resistant, non-metallic baking dish.
Heat, covered, on simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
Pork should always be cooked until well done.
