Savory Pork Fillet

  Pork fillets 2
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 12 , quartered
  Canned tomato sauce/4 to 6 tablespoons tomato puree, a little onion and 4 to 6 tablespoons stock 5 Ounce
  Sour cream 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Cut fillets into slices; lightly brown in oil until golden brown all over, about 4 to 5 minutes, sprinkling on paprika.
Remove from pan; place in flameproof dish.
Cook mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes in oil; add to pork.
Pour over tomato sauce and seasonings; cook about 10 to 12 minutes over gentle heat.
Spoon over sour cream; decorate with sprinkling of parsley.
