Marinated Barbecued Pork Chops
|Pork loin chops||8 (1 Inch Thick)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bay leaves||6 , halved|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
Trim the pork chops off the excess fat, and place chops in a large shallow container.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning once.
Remove pork chops from marinade, reserving marinade.
Grill over medium coals 40 to 45 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
Turn and baste occasionally with reserved marinade
