Country-Pride Pork Chops
|Center cut pork chops||4 (1 Inch Thick)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1 Dash|
Trim excess fat from pork chops, and place chops in a large shallow container.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning frequently.
Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade.
Grill chops over medium coals 15 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Baste frequently with marinade.
