Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄2 Pound, finely chopped (Chuck Or Round)
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound, finely chopped (Butt Or Shoulder)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), grated
  Grated ginger root 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into 1 inch pieces
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, sliced in t shapes
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Tablespoon, mixed in 0.5 cup chicken or beef broth
  Chicken broth/Beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Marinate beef and pork in combined soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and gingerroot 20 to 30 minutes.
Heat oil in wok or skillet.
Stir-fry beans 2 to 3 minutes; push up to sides.
Stir-fry mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes; push up to sides.
Additional vegetable oil may be needed.
Stir-fry sprouts 1 to 2 minutes; push up to sides.
Stir-fry beef and pork 3 to 4 minutes, until well done.
Return vegetables to meat in center of pan.
Add cornstarch mixture; heat until sauce is thickened and clear.
