Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloins 2 Pound, trimmed
  Unsweetened pineapple slices 15 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Minced fresh ginger root 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place tenderloins in a large shallow container.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple slices aside.
Combine juice, gingerroot, soy sauce, garlic, and mustard, stirring well; pour over tenderloins.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning tenderloins occasionally.
Remove tenderloins from marinade.
Insert meat thermometer into one tenderloin, making sure it does not touch fat.
Grill over medium coals 50 to 55 minutes or until thermometer registers 160° (medium).
Turn tenderloins occasionally.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
Grill pineapple over medium coals 1 minute on each side.
Slice tenderloins; serve with pineapple.
