Braised Pork And Eggs

Cook this amazing Vietnamese pork dish in a solar cooker. The dish taked 5 hours to cook on a hot sunny day which is perfect for solar cooking. The pork goes well with rice.
Ingredients
  Pork 1 1⁄2 Pound (Cubed)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) (Chopped)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Chopped)
  Fresh black pepper To Taste
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Eggs 6
  Coconut juice 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Marinate pork over night. Make the marinade combining pork, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, salt, onions and fish sauce. Cover the pork and refrigerate overnight. Next day, cook eggs in a solar heater. They are ready in 2 hours. While the eggs cook, combine pork mixture with coconut juice and pulp and place the bowl in solar heater. After 2 hours, add peeled solar cooked eggs. The mixture starts boiling after 3 hours. Stir the mixture occasionally. Nearly 4 hours after you start cooking add green onions. The dish is ready in 5 hours. Garnish it with green onions and serve it with rice.
