Easy Going Pork "N" Spaghetti Supper
|Lean pork chops||4|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar/Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Broken spaghetti||4 Ounce, cooked (Thin Variety)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Spaghetti sauce mix||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
Trim fat from pork chops.
Using some of this fat, brown pork chops well on both sides in a large skillet.
Add garlic, onion and green pepper; cook for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes, spaghetti sauce mix, brown sugar and vinegar.
Cover; simmer for 45 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti and heat to serving temperature.
