Barbecued Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Catsup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pork loin chops 8 (1 1/4 inch-thick)
Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove sauce from heat; set aside.
Trim excess fat from chops.
Grill over medium coals 15 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Baste frequently with sauce.
