Porchetta Pork Roast On The Traeger Pellet Grill

Porchetta Pork Roast is a lip smacking recipe which would be an instant hit among the ones you serve.

Ingredients

Pork belly 3 Pound , skin on
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Baking soda 3 Teaspoon
Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm) , chopped
Fennel seed 2 Tablespoon , coarsely ground
Freshly cracked black pepper To Taste
Lemon zest 1 , julienned

Directions

GETTING READY:

Season meat side of pork with salt and skin side with baking soda. Place into refrigerator and allow to marinate overnight.

Preheat grill to 450F.

MAKING:

Make slices on the skin side of the meat as shown in the video.

Flip and spread garlic, fennel, lemon zest, black pepper over the meat. Roll the belly and tie with butchers twine.

Place on grill and roast for 40 minutes at 450F. Reduce the temperature to 350F and cook for 3 hours.

Serve and enjoy!
