Pork Chops And Lima

Ingredients
  Pork chops 4 , cut into 1 inch thick
  Fat 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked lima beans 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 19 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dark molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown chops in fat in a skillet.
While chops are browning, turn lima beans into a shallow 2-qt.
casserole or baking dish.
Sieve tomatoes and add to the casserole along with onion, molasses, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Season chops with remaining salt and the pepper.
Arrange chops over lima bean mixture.
Bake at 350°F 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
