These Super Quick Pan-Seared Pork Chops are rubbed with a homemade Lawry's seasoning! They are inspired by a trip I went on to the Pioneer Woman's Ranch in Oklahoma, where I was served these pork chops for breakfast. It was so good I recreated it at home to share with you!

Ingredients

Thin pork chops 4 (((bone
Smoked paprika 2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
Flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grapeseed oil 2 Tablespoon (((as neeeded)))

Directions

MAKING

1. In a bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme. Mix well.

2. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt. Generously sprinkle the spice mixture and rub to coat well.

3. Dredge the pork chops with flour.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium high flame and add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan.  Cook pork chops in a single layer for about 3 minutes per side or until golden brown or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degree F.

SERVING

5. Serve hot and enjoy with fried egg!
