Kiwifruit Colada Popsicles
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low fat yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Kiwifruit||2 , peeled|
|Powdered sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Coconut extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; top with cover, and process until smooth.
Pour into paper cups.
Cover tops of cups with aluminum foil, and insert a wooden stick through foil into center of each cup.
Freeze until firm.
