Banana Lemon Yogurt Pops
|Ripe banana||1 , peeled and sliced|
|Lemon yogurt||16 Ounce (2 Cartons)|
Beat egg whites in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Place banana and yogurt in blender or food processor; process until smooth.
Fold yogurt mixture into egg white mixture.
Divide mixture evenly among paper cups; insert wooden sticks.
Freeze pops until frozen.
