Ingredients
  Boiled potatoes 1 Pound, sieved or riced (500 Gram)
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix in the egg, butter and seasoning with the potatoes and beat well.
2) Pipe the mixture into pyramids.

SERVING
3) Use as a topping over dishes or pipe onto baking sheets and bake.
