Pommes De Terre A La Creme
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White pepper||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Use A Little)|
|Heavy cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water until tender.
Cut in1/4-inch slices.
Put slices in saucepan with just enough hot milk to cover.
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Bring to a boil.
Cook until milk is reduced to about half original quantity.
Add butter and cream.
Fold carefully do not break potatoes.
Serve garnished with parsley.
