Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 250 Milliliter
  Water 250 Milliliter
  White vanilla 5 Milliliter
  Apples 3 Large, pared, cored, halved
  Semi sweet chocolate 85 Gram, melted
  Butter 15 Milliliter, melted
  French vanilla ice cream 1 Large
  Chocolate sauce 250 Milliliter
Directions

MAKING
1) Boil water with sugar and vanilla until sugar dissolves and then poach in the apples.
2) Remove from heat and drain.
3) Blend chocolate with butter and dip the apples in the chocolate sauce.

SERVING
4) In large champagne glasses, scoop ice cream, top with apple half, and serve with chocolate sauce.
