Les Pommes Rissolees
|Potatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Unsalted butter||6 Tablespoon|
1) Peel potatoes.
2) Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 20-30 minutes.
3) Remove the pan and drain the potatoes.
4) In a skillet, melt butter, cover, and cook potatoes until golden shaking the pan occasionally.
5) Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
