|Baby shrimp||225 Gram|
|Stalk celery||1 , diced|
|Chopped green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red bell pepper||60 Milliliter, diced|
|Green bell pepper||60 Milliliter, diced|
|Parsley||15 Milliliter, chopped|
Pare and core the apples.
Whip the sugar into the water.
Heat the water in a sauce pan.
Poach the apples in sugar syrup until tender.
Remove and chill.
While the apples are chilling, blend the shrimp, celery, green onion, peppers and mayonnaise.
Stuff the shrimp mixture into the apple centers.
Place a lettuce leaf on chilled plates, form small nests of the remaining shrimp mixture.
Top with an apple and sprinkle with parsley.
