|Potatoes||4 Medium, peeled and washed|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2.5 Milliliter)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|

1 With a melon bailer, scoop potato into balls.
2 In a bowl, place the melon balls in salted cold water (make sure the potato balls are covered with water to prevent browning).
3 Cover with a lid and let stand for 1 hour.
5 In a large pot boil water.
6 Cook potatoes for 15 minutes (or microwave on HIGH approximately 5 minutes until tender).
7 Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
8 In a pan, melt butter. and allow to foam.
9 Add potatoes and stir until golden brown.
10 Serve hot.
