Fish In Meikee Sauce

  All in one sauce 2 Tablespoon (Ching'S Secret)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Schezwan sauce 2 Teaspoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Fish slices 200 Gram
  Onion slices 1 Large
  Ginger 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornflour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Spring onion 1 , chopped (For Garnishing)

Coat each piece of fish with the cornflour and deep fry till crispy. Strain and keep aside. Heat one tbsp of oil in the frying pan. Add ginger and garlic and sauté for about half a minute. Add sliced onions and cook for another ½ a minute. Add Ching's Secret All In One Sauce, Ching's Secret Soy Sauce and Chings Secret Red Chili Sauce, ½ cup water and adjust the seasoning. Add fried pieces of fish. Mix 1 tbsp of corn flour with 2 tbsp of water and add to the frying pan to make the sauce thick. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
