Pomfret Baked In Wine

Ingredients
  Pomfret fillet 1500 Gram (10 Fillets, 150 Grams Each)
  Seasoned flour 4 Tablespoon
  Sliced green bell pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), blanched
  Finely chopped spring onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black olives 25 , seeded
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dry breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
  White wine 2 Cup (32 tbs) (To Cover Fish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven and prepare ovenproof dish.

MAKING
2)Dip fish fillets in seasoned flour and arrange in prepared ovenproof dish
3)Top with bell peppers, spring onions, olives and parsley.
4)Pour the wine and sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs over the fish.
5)Bake it in preheated oven for atleast 15-20 minutes until flakey

SERVING
6)Serve hot accompanied with lemon wedges if you like
