Pomfret Baked In Wine
|Pomfret fillet||1500 Gram (10 Fillets, 150 Grams Each)|
|Seasoned flour||4 Tablespoon|
|Sliced green bell pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), blanched|
|Finely chopped spring onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black olives||25 , seeded|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||3 Tablespoon|
|White wine||2 Cup (32 tbs) (To Cover Fish)|
1)Preheat the oven and prepare ovenproof dish.
2)Dip fish fillets in seasoned flour and arrange in prepared ovenproof dish
3)Top with bell peppers, spring onions, olives and parsley.
4)Pour the wine and sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs over the fish.
5)Bake it in preheated oven for atleast 15-20 minutes until flakey
6)Serve hot accompanied with lemon wedges if you like
