Pomfret Mayonnaise

Ingredients
For 4
  Pomfret 500 Gram
  Mayonnaise 150 Milliliter
  Lettuce 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Tomatoes 225 Gram
  Cucumber 225 Gram
  Lime 1
  Court bouillon 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

1. Clean fish. Remove fins. Wash well.
2. Fillet fish from one side only and remove centre bones. Wash again.
3. Poach fish in a court bouillon.
4. Drain and place in a serving dish.
5. Coat with mayonnaise sauce.
6. Garnish with lettuce, slices of cucumber, tomatoes and lime.
