Purple Plum Cooler
|Plum juice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Purple Variety)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sparkling water||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs), chilled|
Combine plum juice and sugar in a saucepan.
Set over low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved; increase heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
Cool; chill thoroughly.
