Purple Plum Cooler

Ingredients
  Plum juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Purple Variety)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sparkling water 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs), chilled
Directions

Combine plum juice and sugar in a saucepan.
Set over low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved; increase heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
Cool; chill thoroughly.
