Apple-Nutmeg Poached Plums

Ingredients
  Plums 1 1⁄2 Pound, halved and pitted
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon, firmly packed
  Apple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place the plum halves in a microwave-safe casserole.
2. Combine the applejuice, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Pour over the plums.
3. Cover tightly and microwave on high for 2 to 4 minutes.
