Stuffed Plums

Ingredients
  Yogurt cream cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Marmalade 1 Tablespoon (Lime / Orange)
  Chopped crystallized ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Plums 4
  Chopped pistachio nuts 4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Slice plums in half, set aside.

MAKING
2) In a small bowl, add cream cheese, marmalade and ginger to combine thoroughly.
3) Spoon the cream-cheese mixture on each plum half.

SERVING
4) Sprinkle with nuts for serving.
