This Plum Foo lis one of the simplest desserts improvised to suit different tastes. Brimming with refreshing flavors, this Plum Fool is sure to tickle your taste-buds. Indeed a great way to indulge your sweet tooth in!
Ingredients
  Plums 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Corn flour 4 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 1 Small
  Cold water 1 1⁄2 Pint
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 2
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

Boil the fruit with water, spices and sugar to taste.
Put through a sieve and return to heat.
Thicken with cornflour first blended with water, cooking gently for 7 minutes to cook the flour.
Blend in butter and pour into wet mould.
When set, unmould and serve with cream or custard.
