Plum Kulfis

Ingredients
  Cardamom pods 3
  Plums 9 Ounce, halved (700 Gram)
  Castor sugar 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Condensed milk 400 Milliliter (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Pistachios 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. Remove the seeds from the cardamom pods, crush them with pestle and mortar
2. In a pan, add plums, sugar, five tablespoons of water and crushed cardamom and allow to boil
3. Turn the heat down, cook for ten minutes till the plums become very soft
4. Add it to a food processor and blend smooth; Pour into a jug and allow to cool
5. Add condensed milk to the plum puree, pour it into six moulds and freeze for four hours
6. Dip each mould in hot water, when set, and invert them into small plates

SERVING
7. Pour some plum puree around the kulfi and sprinkle chopped pistachios
