Crunchy Plum Bake

Ingredients
  Canned pitted plums 28 Ounce, drained (2 Of 440 Grams)
For crumble topping
  Rolled oats 3 Ounce (90 Grams)
  Sunflower seeds 2 1⁄2 Ounce (75 Grams)
  Plain flour 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Ounce, chilled and chopped (60 Grams)
Directions

1. To make topping, place oats, sunflower seeds, flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter in a food processor or blender and process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
2. Arrange plums in a lightly greased 20 cm (8 in) round dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
