Crunchy Plum Bake
|Canned pitted plums||28 Ounce, drained (2 Of 440 Grams)|
|For crumble topping|
|Rolled oats||3 Ounce (90 Grams)|
|Sunflower seeds||2 1⁄2 Ounce (75 Grams)|
|Plain flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||2 Ounce, chilled and chopped (60 Grams)|
1. To make topping, place oats, sunflower seeds, flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter in a food processor or blender and process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
2. Arrange plums in a lightly greased 20 cm (8 in) round dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
