Plum Good Pork

Ingredients
  Boneless pork 1 Pound, cut into thin stir fry strips
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon, divided
  Grated ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , cut into 1 inch squares
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , cut into 1 inch squares
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Plums 6 , seeded and cut into halves
  Peach nectar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lime juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat 1 teaspoon oil over high heat in nonstick skillet; stir-fry pork strips with ginger about 3 minutes.
Remove from skillet.
Heat remaining 1 teaspoon oil in skillet; stir-fry peppers and mushrooms 3 minutes.
Add plums and stir-fry 2 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients well; add to skillet with pork.
Cook and stir until sauce bubbles and thickens.
