Plum Rickey

Ingredients
  Plum brandy 2 Ounce (60 milliliter, slivovitz)
  Lemon 1⁄4
  Soda water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
  Peeled plum slices 2 (fresh)
Directions

Pour the plum brandy over ice cubes in a tall glass.
Squeeze the lemon into the glass, then drop it in.
Add soda water and stir well.
Garnish with plum slices.
