Sweet Sour Plum Toss

  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Torn salad greens 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Fresh plums 4 Medium, pitted and sliced
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  Fresh bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)

For dressing, in screw-top jar combine salad oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and ginger; cover and shake to mix.
In salad bowl combine greens, plums, onion, and sprouts.
Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
