|Cream of tartar||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat oven to 350Â° F.
2. Cook prunes according to label directions. Cool, drain and measure 1 cup. In electric blender, puree prunes at high speed until smooth, about 10 to 15 seconds.
3. Using electric mixer at high speed, beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt in large bowl until soft peaks form. Sprinkle in sugar, beating until egg whites are stiff.
4. Using rubber spatula, gently fold pureed prunes into egg whites; carefully pour into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
