These Pickled Plums are terrific condiments ! Try out these delicious seasoned plums with meat, breads or any other dishes and tell me if you've liked them . Write back to me about what you liked these Pickled Plums best with ?
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar substitute||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Plums||8 Medium, pitted and halved|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Whole allspice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)|
Bring the vinegar, water, cloves, allspice, cinnamon and garlic to boil in a saucepan.
Add plums and cook for a few minutes or until tender.
Transfer plums to jar or bowl, strain liquid over them and store in refrigerator.
