  Canned tuna 13 Ounce
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Celery 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tabasco 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Burger rolls 8
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Mozzarella cheese slices 8
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Empty contents of cans into mixing bowl.
Add next 5 ingredients and mix lightly with a fork.
Season to taste.
Chill.
