|Potatoes||6 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 Large, thinly sliced|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Sliced pepperoni||2 Ounce|
|Pizza sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
In skillet, saute potato and onion slices in oil until onion begins to appear transparent; stir constantly to prevent browning.
Combine potatoes and onions with cheese, pepperoni and salt in crock pot.
Pour pizza sauce over top.
Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours.
