Ingredients
  Zucchini 4 Medium
  Prepared pizza sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped ripe olives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), well drained
  Thinly sliced green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded provolone cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Cut zucchini diagonally into 1/4 inch thick slices.
Arrange in a single layer on lightly greased baking sheets.
Top each with 1 to 2 teaspoons pizza sauce, a few olive pieces and green onions, and a sprinkling of cheese.
Broil about 6 inches from heat until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Zucchini should be crisp.
