Zucchini Pizza Hors D'Oeuvres
|Prepared pizza sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped ripe olives||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), well drained|
|Thinly sliced green onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded provolone cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Cut zucchini diagonally into 1/4 inch thick slices.
Arrange in a single layer on lightly greased baking sheets.
Top each with 1 to 2 teaspoons pizza sauce, a few olive pieces and green onions, and a sprinkling of cheese.
Broil about 6 inches from heat until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Zucchini should be crisp.
