Pizza By The Yard

Ingredients
  Garlic bread loaf 2
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cut the bread loaves in half lengthwise.
Combine the tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, green onions, oregano, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well.
Mix in the ground beef.
Spread the ground beef mixture over the bread halves.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Layer the moz zarella cheese over the cooked beef mixture.
Bake for 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
