Pepperoni Pizza Chili
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Canned kidney beans||15 Ounce, rinsed, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned pizza sauce||15 Ounce|
|Canned italian stewed tomatoes||15 Ounce|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Sliced pepperoni||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Red Or Green)|
|Pizza seasoning/Italian seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
Brown the ground beef with the onion in a large saucepan or Dutch oven, stirring until beef is crumbly; drain.
Stir in the kidney beans, pizza sauce, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, pepperoni, bell pepper, pizza seasoning and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until desired thickness.
Garnish with shredded mozzarella cheese if desired.
