  Butter 2 Cup (32 tbs), softened (4 Sticks)
  Sugar 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Eggs 12
  Baking cocoa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate 6 Ounce, chopped, melted
  Peaches 6 , peeled, sliced
  Kiwifruit 6 , peeled, sliced
  Hulled strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grand marnier 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raspberry jam 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  White chocolate 2 Ounce, shaved
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Break the eggs into a separate large mixing bowl and beat at low speed until smooth.
Add the creamed mixture and beat at medium speed.
Sift the baking cocoa into the egg mixture; beat at medium speed, scraping the bowl.
Add the chocolate.Beat until blended.
Spread over two 12 inch round pans.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour or until slightly firm.
Cool in the pans.
Place the peaches, kiwifruit and strawberries in 3 separate bowls and drizzle each with 1/3 cup Grand Marnier; let stand for 1 hour.
Remove the crusts from the pans to serving plates.
Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the crusts.
Spread peaches, kiwifruit and strawberries to within 1/2 inch of the edges of the crusts.
Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings.
Press the almonds into the 1/2 inch border of each crust.
