Fruit Pizza

A delicious summertime dessert that's quick and easy to make! Great for the 4th of July or anytime!
Ingredients
  Refrigerated sugar cookie dough 16 1⁄2 Ounce (1 tube)
  Softened cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fruits 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Your choice)
Directions

MAKING:
1)Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2)Take a 12 - 14 inch pizza pan and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
3)Cut cookie dough into slices.
4)Place cookie slices onto pan and press to seal. Use more cookie dough for a thicker crust.
5)Bake for 10 - 12 minutes and then let cool completely.
6)With an electric mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
7)Spread cream cheese mixture over cookie.
8)Decorate with your favorite fresh fruit.

SERVING:
9)Slice a portion of the pizza and serve with your choice of accompaniment.
