Fruit Pizza

A delicious summertime dessert that's quick and easy to make! Great for the 4th of July or anytime!
  Refrigerated sugar cookie dough 16 1⁄2 Ounce (1 tube)
  Softened cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fruits 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Your choice)

1)Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2)Take a 12 - 14 inch pizza pan and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
3)Cut cookie dough into slices.
4)Place cookie slices onto pan and press to seal. Use more cookie dough for a thicker crust.
5)Bake for 10 - 12 minutes and then let cool completely.
6)With an electric mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
7)Spread cream cheese mixture over cookie.
8)Decorate with your favorite fresh fruit.

9)Slice a portion of the pizza and serve with your choice of accompaniment.

There's so many wonderful ways to vary this recipe... all kinds of different fruits will work, even canned fruits if you drain them well. :-) This is even better the next day after it has been in the fridge over night. hey, this fruit pizza seems to be pretty much filling...though i don't like fruits in pizza, but a few days back i had tasted it at a friend's home and the taste was amazing. thanks for the recipe, now even i can prepare it at my home. will let you know how it turns out for me...:))

Hi! How are you? Likem i was just looking for a great pizza recipe on the net and yours just showed up in the list. I must tell yours is a very different take on fruit pizza; in fact I had no plans of trying anything sort of a fruit pizza, but I think i loved the recipe here and I am going to give it a try!
