|Instant minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned pizza sauce||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
Fry bacon until crisp; drain off fat.
Stir in rice and cheese; sprinkle with onion and green pepper.
Pour sauce on rice.
Cover tightly; cook over low heat until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
