|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound (125 Gram)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Tomato paste||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Pound, shredded (250 Gram)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)|
|Italian sausage||1⁄2 Pound, chopped (250 Gram)|
|Bacon slices||2 , diced|
|Pizza dough||1 (Basic)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , chopped|
Saute the onion in the olive oil until transparent.
Add the tomato paste and water and mix well.
Cook uncovered for about 15 minutes..
Roll out and spread dough on an oiled baking sheet.
Cover dough with sausage, bacon, pepper, mushrooms, cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake in a 450Â°F (230Â°C) oven for about 25 minutes
