Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Longhorn cheese 1 Pound, grated
  Tomato sauce 7 1⁄2 Ounce
  Olives 1 Small, sliced
Directions

Brown onion, green pepper and garlic in oil.
Add all remaining ingredients; cook until cheese melts.
Spread on hamburger bun halves or English muffin halves; place under broiler until lightly browned.
