Sausage Pizza Bake
|Bulk pork sausage||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce|
|Elbow macaroni||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Brown sausage; pour off excess fat.
Add green pepper, onion, oregano, and dash pepper.
Stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Drain macaroni; mix into sausage with 2 tablespoons cheese.
Turn into 1 quart casserole.
Sprinkle remaining cheese atop.
Cover; bake at 350Â° about 25 minutes.
